Working with us outside Lucknow
How delivery actually works when the office is in one city and the project is in another.
Do you have offices in every city you serve?
No. We have one office, in Lucknow, and every project across Uttar Pradesh is delivered from there with planned on-site visits. We would rather say that plainly than let a location page imply a branch that does not exist.
How does on-site support work outside Lucknow?
It is scheduled rather than ad hoc. Discovery, installation, training and go-live happen on site; day-to-day support is remote with defined response times, and on-site visits are arranged where a problem genuinely needs hands on the equipment.
My city is not listed. Can you still work with us?
