Inside Estatly

Screens from the live demo, on its sample data. Open the demo to try each one yourself.

  • Estatly agent CRM leads pipeline with New, Contacted, Site visit scheduled and Visit done columns; each lead card shows the BHK requirement, budget, preferred localities, lead source, assigned agent and next follow-up date
The leads pipeline: each enquiry with its requirement, source, agent and next follow-up, dragged between stages.
  • Estatly live unit availability grid for three 12-storey towers with units marked available, on hold or booked, beside the price sheet for unit A-1201 with buttons to book with a token or hold free for 48 hours
Project inventory floor by floor: a held or booked unit cannot be booked again, and the price sheet itemises the total.
  • Estatly property listing page for a 4 BHK apartment in Gomti Nagar with an EMI calculator (loan amount, interest rate and tenure sliders, monthly EMI and a principal-and-interest chart), schedule-visit and contact-agent buttons, and a UP RERA registration panel
A sale listing with the EMI calculator, and the site-visit booking that sends the enquiry into the CRM.
Overview

Where property sales leak between enquiry and booking

A broker in Gomti Nagar or a builder selling towers off Shaheed Path pays for every enquiry: portal subscriptions, Facebook lead forms, hoardings. Some of those enquiries are then lost to slow call-backs and site visits nobody followed up. Real estate CRM software in Lucknow has one job before any other: every enquiry gets an owner, a next date and a history the whole team can see.

For brokers and channel partners, the pipeline runs from new enquiry to contact, site visit, negotiation, and won or lost with the reason recorded. Each lead’s requirement (buy or rent, BHK, localities, budget) is matched against your live listings, so the agent can send suitable homes on WhatsApp during the call. That is the broker CRM software half, and it is useful on its own.

A CRM for real estate developers has to answer one question correctly at all times: which units are still for sale? Estatly shows each tower floor by floor, every unit available, on hold or booked. Holds are tied to a named buyer and lapse on their own. Each booking carries an itemised price sheet and a construction-linked payment plan that flags each instalment as the tower reaches its stage.

Buyers see a property portal on your own domain: search by locality, BHK and budget, RERA details, an EMI calculator, site-visit booking into agents’ free slots, and the live tower grid for new projects. The demo runs on sample data in your browser, with fictional listings, buyers and RERA numbers. A deployment runs on a server with a login for each agent, roles and backups.

Features

What Estatly does

Leads pipeline for brokers and builders

Seven stages from New to Won or Lost. Drag cards between them, filter by agent, source and hot, warm or cold, and keep the reason on every lost lead.

Follow-ups with a date on every lead

Each open lead has a next follow-up date, listed as overdue, today or the next seven days. Calls with their outcome, notes and WhatsApp messages build each lead’s timeline.

Requirement matching against live listings

A lead’s type, BHK, localities and budget are scored against active listings and free project units, with the reasons shown, ready to share from a WhatsApp template.

Site visit management

A weekly visit calendar by agent. Buyers book from the portal only into an agent’s free slots; afterwards the agent records done or no-show, interest and feedback, and visits awaiting feedback are flagged.

Listings that publish to your portal

Sale and rent listings for apartments, villas, plots and commercial space, with price, areas, amenities and RERA number. Edits go live on the portal at once; each listing shows its enquiries and views.

Real estate inventory management, tower by tower

A unit grid for each tower, filtered by tower and BHK. Hold a unit for a named lead for 24, 48 or 72 hours, extend or release it, or convert it to a booking; expired holds release themselves.

Price sheets, payment plans and demand letters

Unit prices built from base rate, floor rise, PLC, parking, club membership, IFMS and GST. Each booking’s construction-linked plan shows what is paid, due, overdue or ready to raise, with printable demand letters.

Deals, commissions and the team dashboard

Resale, rental and project deals with value, brokerage as a percentage or in months of rent, and collection status. The dashboard shows the lead funnel, lead sources, today’s visits and commission by agent.

Buyer portal with EMI calculator and unit booking

Buyers filter by locality, BHK, budget and possession, shortlist and compare, check the EMI on sale listings and book visits. On a new project they pick a unit from the live grid and hold it or pay a token.

In the demo, WhatsApp messages and token payments are simulated, and listings, buyers and RERA numbers are fictional. A deployment uses your WhatsApp Business account and a payment gateway in your company’s name.

Engagement

How we set up Estatly for you

  1. 01

    Your sales process, written down

A day with your sales team at the office or site, recording the stages you actually use, where leads come from and who may hold or book a unit.

  2. 02

    Listings, projects and leads loaded

Listings, towers, units, price components and open leads come in from Excel. Existing bookings are entered with what each buyer has paid, so the first demand letter is right.

  3. 03

Lead sources, WhatsApp and payments connected

Website forms first, then Facebook lead ads and property portals where they offer an API or lead export, your WhatsApp Business account, and a payment gateway for token amounts.

  4. 04

Branded and live on your domain

Your name, logo and RERA details on the portal and documents, built from your own formats. Each agent gets a login, with roles deciding who can hold, book or change prices.

  5. 05

One team or one project first

One sales team or tower goes live first. We adjust stages and fields from what it struggles with, then move the rest over, supported from our Lucknow office.

What we need from you

  • Your current lead sheet, with sources and the agent who owns each lead
  • Listings with prices, areas and photos, or each project’s unit list
  • Price sheet components, the payment plan and a sample demand letter
  • Brokerage and incentive rules, and your UP RERA registration details
  • Access to your website forms, Facebook ad account and portal subscriptions

None of it has to be tidy. Discovering that your data is messier than expected is part of the job, not a reason to delay starting.

FAQ

Estatly — questions buyers ask

Including what it costs, what it does not do, and who should buy something else.

How much does Estatly cost?

We quote after a short call. The cost depends on whether you need the portal as well as the CRM, how many projects and towers must be loaded, how many lead sources need connecting, the state of your existing data, and any changes beyond configuration. WhatsApp, payment-gateway and portal-subscription charges are set by those providers.

Is it suitable for a solo broker, or only for builders?

Both, using different parts. A solo broker or small brokerage uses the pipeline, follow-ups, listings, site visits and commissions, and can leave project inventory switched off. A builder uses all of it, including holds, payment plans and demand letters. For a channel partner, a builder’s unit list can be loaded if the builder shares it; keeping it in sync is a separate integration.

How do unit holds and bookings prevent double-selling?

Each unit has one status (available, on hold or booked), kept in one place that the portal and the CRM both read. A hold belongs to a named lead and agent, and lapses after 24, 48 or 72 hours unless extended or converted. A booking attempt on a unit just held or booked is refused, and a similar available unit is offered.

Can agents work from their phones, and WhatsApp buyers from it?

Yes. The CRM works in a mobile browser: the pipeline, a lead’s requirement and timeline, follow-ups and site-visit feedback. From a lead, an agent calls or sends a WhatsApp template and the outcome is logged. In the demo the messages are simulated; live, they go through your WhatsApp Business account. An installable Android app for the team is an add-on.

Can we bring in our Excel leads, and new ones from property portals and ads?

Yes. Existing leads and listings import from Excel or CSV; website and portal enquiries land in the pipeline directly. Leads from property portals and Facebook lead ads are routed in during setup where the platform allows it, through an API or a lead export. We have no ready-built integration with any listing portal; each connection is set up and tested on your accounts.

Can the portal carry our brokerage’s name and run on our own domain?

Yes. The portal, price sheets and demand letters carry your firm’s name, logo, colours and RERA details, and the portal runs on your domain. Documents follow your existing formats: we reproduce them, and we do not give a legal opinion on them. If you need property listing website development without the CRM, that is a website project, and we quote it as one.

Do you support brokers and builders outside Lucknow?

Yes. Our office is in Lucknow, so firms here get setup, training and support visits in person, which is the practical reason to buy real estate CRM software in Lucknow from a team in the same city. Elsewhere in Uttar Pradesh we set up and train remotely, with visits planned for go-live. Day-to-day support is by phone and WhatsApp.

Who should not buy Estatly?

An individual agent with a handful of live leads may manage with a phone, WhatsApp and a notebook for now. A large developer whose finance runs on SAP or another ERP should not run payment plans in two places; we would connect the sales side instead. And if you want reach on the big portals, buy their subscriptions: Estatly’s portal is your own website, not their audience.

Put your own project in the tower grid

Try both sides of the demo: hold a unit as a buyer, then find that lead in the CRM. Send us your unit list or lead sheet, and on a short call we will show your firm in Estatly and quote for setup.
