Real estate website with CRM, for Lucknow builders and brokers
Bricknest is your property website, the admin panel to run it and the CRM behind it. Every enquiry, call, WhatsApp click, site visit and unit booking from the site reaches your sales team with its source attached.
- Website, admin panel and CRM in one
- Every lead traced to its page or ad
- Site visits and unit bookings online
Inside Bricknest
Screens from the live demo, on its sample data. Open the demo to try each one yourself.

The website manager: edit the homepage and see the live site update beside the form, with no developer involved.
The leads pipeline: every card shows the project, budget, where the lead came from and how long it has waited for a first call.
The SEO panel: titles, descriptions, URLs and alt text for every page, scored as you write them.
A public project page: price on carpet area, RERA number, live availability, and buttons to book a visit or a unit.
Live inventory: holds expire on their own, and a booked unit leaves the website the moment it is booked.
The sales dashboard: leads by source, site visits, bookings and median first-response time on one screen.
Why leads go missing between the website and the sales team
Most builder websites in Lucknow are brochures. The project pages go up at launch, the price list goes stale, and enquiries arrive as emails that someone forwards to sales when they remember. A real estate website with CRM closes that gap. The site and the sales system share one database, so a form filled on a project page is a lead in the inbox seconds later, assigned to an executive, with a timer counting down to the first call.
Speed decides more site visits than price does. A buyer comparing projects on Sultanpur Road or Shaheed Path fills in three or four forms on a Saturday morning. The builder who calls back while they are still browsing gets the visit; the one who calls on Monday is calling someone who has already seen two other sample flats. Bricknest makes the response time visible to the sales head, and lets the buyer book the visit into a real slot instead of waiting for a call at all.
The other half is the website itself. Prices, offers, construction progress and new phases change every month, and waiting a week for an agency to update a page costs enquiries. Bricknest gives your team an admin panel for pages, projects, listings and blog posts, with the search basics built in: titles and descriptions with a Google preview, one clean URL per project, a sitemap, structured data and redirects when a URL changes.
The live demo on this page runs on sample data for a fictional Lucknow developer, stored in your browser, and the project images are illustrations. A live Bricknest site runs on your own domain with your real renders and photographs, real user accounts for your team, and the integrations you choose, which we set up for you.
Built for
- Builders and developers with one to a dozen projects
- Brokerages and channel partners that want their own website, not just portal listings
- Marketing teams running Google and Meta ads to project pages
- Sales heads who need to see where leads come from and how fast they are answered
- Firms replacing an old static site and a spreadsheet of leads
What Bricknest does
A builder website with an admin panel
Edit the homepage hero, banners, sections, menu and offer popup with a live preview beside the form. Changes go live as you type, so a price revision or festive offer is on the site the same hour.
Project pages that answer buyers
Configurations with carpet area and price, floor plans, amenities, location and nearby places, construction progress, a downloadable brochure, an EMI calculator and the RERA registration number on every project.
SEO panel on every page
Meta title and description with character counters and a Google snippet preview, URL slug with automatic 301 redirect, focus keyword, image alt-text checklist, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, structured data and share previews.
Site visit booking into real slots
Buyers pick a date and time from each sales executive’s actual availability. The visit appears in the CRM calendar, and the executive marks it done with feedback or flags that a pickup is needed.
Online unit booking with a token
A buyer chooses a unit and pays a token amount online, and gets a booking ID. That unit is marked booked in the CRM and disappears from the website at once, so two people cannot book the same flat.
Leads inbox with source tracking
Website forms, call and WhatsApp clicks, ad landing pages with UTM tags, Meta lead forms, property portals, walk-ins and referrals in one inbox. Duplicates are caught by phone number, and every lead has a score and a response timer.
Pipeline, follow-ups and routing
A drag-and-drop pipeline from new lead to booked, a timeline of calls, WhatsApp messages and notes on each lead, follow-ups due today, and routing by round-robin or by project.
Inventory, cost sheets and payment plans
A tower-by-floor unit grid with holds that expire, management-quota units hidden from the site, itemised cost sheets with GST and stamp duty stated as extra, construction-linked payment schedules and a printable booking form.
Ad landing pages and campaign returns
Build a campaign page for a project, generate UTM links for each ad, enter ad spend, and see cost per lead and cost per booking by campaign instead of guessing which ads pay for themselves.
Cost sheets follow the usual rules for residential property: GST at 5% without input tax credit on under-construction homes, none on ready-to-move units with a completion certificate, and stamp duty and registration shown as not included. The exact treatment for your projects, including affordable housing, is configured with your CA. Site analytics in the demo are simulated; a live site reports from Google Analytics and Search Console.
What changes in your business
- Every enquiry from the website, ads, calls and WhatsApp lands in one inbox with its source.
- Slow first responses become visible, with a timer on each new lead and the median on the dashboard.
- Buyers book site visits into real slots instead of waiting for a callback.
- Units cannot be double-sold: holds expire, and bookings update the website immediately.
- Marketing sees cost per lead and per booking for each campaign.
- Prices, offers and construction updates go live the same day, without a developer.
- Each page has its search basics handled: title, description, URL, sitemap entry and structured data.
Built in and connected
- Your own domain with SSL
- Cloud hosting with daily backups
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Google Ads & Meta lead forms
- WhatsApp Business API
- Click-to-call tracking

How we set up Bricknest for you
- 01
Content and scope call
We list your projects, configurations, price lists, RERA numbers, unit inventory and sales team, and agree which integrations you need at launch and which can wait.
- 02
Website on your domain
We brand the site, build a page for each project with your real renders and photographs, set titles and descriptions, and redirect the old site’s URLs so existing search rankings carry over.
- 03
CRM and inventory set-up
We load your units and price rules, add your executives and their visit slots, set lead routing and response targets, and import existing leads from Excel or your current CRM.
- 04
Integrations and training
We connect the payment gateway, WhatsApp, ad accounts and portals your plan includes, then train the marketing team on the admin panel and the sales team on the CRM.
- 05
Launch and support
The site goes live, the sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console, and we stay on call for the first weeks while real leads flow, then move to the support arrangement you choose.
What we need from you
- Logo, brand colours and any existing brochure
- For each project: configurations, carpet areas, price list, RERA number and possession date
- Real renders and site photographs
- Unit inventory sheet and any blocked or reserved units
- Sales team list, visit timings and how leads should be shared
- Access to your domain, current website and ad accounts
None of it has to be tidy. Discovering that your data is messier than expected is part of the job, not a reason to delay starting.
Bricknest — questions buyers ask
Including what it costs, what it does not do, and who should buy something else.
How much does a real estate website with CRM cost?
It depends on the number of projects and pages, how much design is custom, which integrations you need (WhatsApp Business API, ad lead forms, portals, a payment gateway), how many sales users log in, and hosting. We quote after a short call where we see your projects and current set-up. Try the demo first, so the call is about your requirements rather than a tour.
Will my website rank on Google?
Bricknest handles the foundations Google expects: fast pages, one clean URL per project, titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and redirects. Rankings then depend on your content, your competition, links from other sites and time. We will not promise positions; anyone who does is guessing. We do make sure nothing on the technical side holds you back.
Can my team update the website without a developer?
Yes. Pages, banners, offers, projects, prices, listings, blog posts and the SEO fields are all edited from the admin panel and go live immediately. Structural changes, such as a new page layout or a new feature, are done by us, so the site stays fast and consistent.
Do I need a separate website for each project?
Usually not. One website with a strong page per project builds search authority in one place, and every enquiry lands in the same CRM. For ad campaigns, Bricknest builds campaign landing pages on the same domain, so you get a focused page for the ad without starting a new website.
Can leads from Google Ads, Meta and property portals come into the same CRM?
Website forms, call and WhatsApp clicks and ad landing pages are captured with their source from day one. Meta lead forms and property portals are connected during setup where those platforms provide an API or export; where they do not, leads can be imported. Either way, they are de-duplicated by phone number into one inbox.
Is the website RERA compliant?
Project pages and ad landing pages have fields for the RERA registration number and the authority’s website, and prices are shown on carpet area. Whether a particular page or advertisement meets UP RERA rules depends on what you publish, so have your legal adviser review project content before launch. We build the fields; we do not give legal advice.
We work in Lucknow. Can you meet us in person?
Yes. OMVIANTECH is based in Lucknow, so discovery, content collection and team training can happen at your office or site. For builders and brokers elsewhere in Uttar Pradesh and India, we work remotely with planned visits for launch and training.
Who should not buy Bricknest?
Large developers already running an ERP-linked CRM with post-sales finance and customer portals need an integration project, not this. A solo broker who mostly works from portal listings is better served by Estatly, our broker CRM with a property portal. And if all you need is a one-page brochure for a single plot, this is more system than you need.
